Following the recent launch of FDA’s Cosmetics Direct, companies are now able to submit their facility registrations and product listings as required by the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA) of 2022. All initial registrations and listings must be submitted by July 1, 2024, per FDA’s compliance policy. Join PCPC on March 6 to learn more about the details!
